Getting started
From application to your first job
You fill in an application telling us where you work and what you can do. We read it and get in touch. Once you are approved, the app shows you jobs near you. You can accept the price the customer suggests or offer your own. Under 18 you need your guardian's consent.

Jard is free for you
Jard charges you no monthly fee and takes no share of your pay. The service is funded by the five euro service fee the customer pays.
Liability insurance
Most light-entrepreneur invoicing services include liability insurance. Check the terms of your own service before your first job.
Taxes through the invoicing service
The invoicing service withholds tax from your pay and remits it to the Tax Administration.
You choose your jobs
You take the jobs that fit your schedule, alongside school, training or holidays.
Who Jard suits
People aged 15 and over in Greater Helsinki who want to earn on their own schedule. No experience needed. The tools are usually in the customer's shed.
